The refund will be processed once we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Incorrect or Faulty Products
Please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of receiving incorrect, damaged or faulty items. As soon as we verify your eligibility for a replacement, we will provide instructions accordingly. I would appreciate it if you would include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can locate your order quickly and process your request as soon as possible.
